How it works
Step 1
Open the app
Run the file you downloaded. If Windows asks, click Run or Yes. On a Mac, drag it into Applications and open it.
Step 2
Read me your ID
The app shows an ID and a one-time password. Read both to me over the phone.
Step 3
Click Accept
When I connect, click Accept. You can watch everything I do, and close the window any time to end the session.
Safe and private
You stay in control
I can only connect while the app is open and you give me the code. The password changes every time.
Ends when you say
Close the app and the connection is gone. Nothing keeps running in the background.
Watch for scams
Only share your code with me while we are on the phone. I will never call out of the blue asking to get on your computer.
Using a Mac? The first time, it will ask you to allow Screen Recording and Accessibility. I will walk you through it.
